Talk:Bethsoft Tutorial GECK Setup
About the Original Author
Joel Burgess is lead level designer at Bethesda Game Studios. Some of his contributions to Fallout 3 include the Liberty Prime sequence, drainage chamber, the design of Wasteland Points of Interest and Downtown DC, as well as contributing to the design and implementation of game systems and internal tools such as the GECK.
Added "by double clicking it" as I was attempting to follow the wiki instructions quite literally and assumed that the fallout3.esm being highlighted in blue meant that it was selected when in fact it needed to be double clicked for a X to show next to it. I struggled with that for quite a while until the little hamster in my head decided to go over and click on the imagination switch. Angelsilhouette 06:36, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- A good addition, thanks. Can definitely see how that would be confusing.

Pointed some broken redirects.
I pointed a bunch of broken redirects to this tutorial: they looked like they were from a tutorial with basically the same structure, which possibly never got written. DewiMorgan 19:07, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
- Those were accidentally copied from the CS Wiki. I deleted the redirects as there's no point in redirecting the pages to the tutorial here.

I notice in the edit history that there's a nice translation that was reverted. Might be nice if this could be recovered and provided for people in other languages - I think the wiki has that capacity, but I've no idea how to go about it... DewiMorgan 19:36, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
