A function added by the Lutana NVSE plugin, now part of the JIP NVSE Plugin.
Description
Returns whether or not an ingestible form is a skill magazine. If an ingestible has an effect with a condition of HasPerk=Retention or HasPerk=Comprehension, it will be considered a magazine.
Syntax
(isMagazine:0/1) IsSkillMagazine ingestible:baseform
