Adding items to Form Lists

How do I add an item to a form list? Every time I double click inside the empty area inside the form list edit box the program dies. Is there a solution for this? Iron Angel 03:32, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

Where are Form Lists?

You can find the Form List section under the "Miscellaneous" section of the Object Tree
