String Lock Settings
So the actual text displayed for each level is almost guaranteed to be determined by six string game settings. The uncategorized list includes both sImpossibleLock and sLockLevelImpossible - which is actually used by the game? Someone should test that (I can't, don't have access to a computer with Fallout 3 installed). Also, there should be integer functions for the skill level required for a given level of lock, if these skills don't - that would be worthwhile to include, as well.
