FYI: Altering the EncVHD levled lists in New Vegas using the GECK crashes the game on load. These are the leveled lists used for the Hoover Damn battle and it seems the game cannot handle there being changed. Just an fyi, something to look out for. I verified this through meticulous testing using an esp that changed only one of these lists at a time and nothing else.
