Effect Script Crash
I added the note about RemovePerk causing crashes when used in an Effect Script after using it for a Base Effect that was used be an Object Effect. Since then, I've noticed that RemovePerk is used in at least one Effect Script in Fallout3.esm - YaoGuaiMeatScript.
It's possible that this crash only occurs when the Base Effect is used for an Object Effect, but I'm not really sure exactly what it is at the moment. Has anyone run into this before or managed to use RemovePerk in an Effect Script without any issues?

- After testing, it looks like this crash occurs when the perk has an "Ability" type Perk Entry, so long as an ability is specified.
