Message function

There's no such function as Message. Wth? -reinhart_menken 4:42PM, December 13, 2008.

It was removed from Fallout. The link shouldn't be there, I'll remove it.

%n Format Specifier

"FOSE format specifiers are only valid in FOSE commands which explicitly support them." - Reference Post
The %n format specifier, as introduced by FOSE, is not supposed to work with ShowMessage, so should it really be mentioned on this page?

If it has no usual function whatsoever there's no reason to keep it on this page. Is there a special reason you mention this on the talk page instead of removing the line directly?

Syntax

I find the syntax example in the article to be fairly ambiguous. Could someone please include a practical/dummy implementation of this function? I personally learn alot more about a function that way.

I just updated the page to use the function template, and added a couple of simple examples. How do you think it looks now?

I could elaborate more on the link between ShowMessage and the specified message if you think it would be helpful, as the content of the message plays a major role in specifying the syntax used when calling ShowMessage.

I think I understand it a lot better now, it was just that this function seemed so alien to how things were done in Oblivion. In my opinion this appears to be an inferior function with having to set up an actual object in the geck and then call that. Well actually when I say inferior I suppose I mean less intuitive/more involved, I could appreciate how this may actually be a more powerful method. But still

Not going to deny though, how useful I (personally) find an example of a specified message.
