Hey, I like Fallout NV especially of it's modding capabilities.
I love Jazz is Paris for creating JIP LN NVSE plugin and I love LuthienAnarion for allowing Jazz is Paris to include the functions of Lutana plugin into the JIP plugin.
With this plugin, I think Fallout NV is the best game with Gamebryo engine when it comes to modding. I go that far and say it's even better than modding Skyrim or Fallout 4.
