A function added by the Lutana NVSE plugin, now part of the JIP NVSE Plugin.
Description
Now always returns zero. Do not use. Mods using this should be updated to use GetPluginVersion.
Returns the version of this plugin.(deprecated by GetPluginVersion in NVSE 4.5.7)
