GetPipboyRadio

A function added by the JIP NVSE Plugin.
Description
Returns the radio station (object reference; Talking Activator) currently playing in the Pip-Boy (or 0 if the radio is turned off).
When used as a Condition Function, returns either 0 if there is no radio station currently playing, or 1/0 depending on if the Talking Activator is the same as the reference passed to the function or not (respectively).
