Description
Console command which outputs current SUP NVSE plugin version in-console.

Notes
- This functions will always return "-1" as a result thus you should not use it to check for SUP NVSE Version. Use GetPluginVersion with "SUP NVSE Plugin" parameter instead. This function is made for users to easily check if SUP NVSE is currently loaded.
