A function included in the GECK for Fallout 3.
Description
Returns wind speed of current weather (ranges from 0.0 to 1.0, as set on the Weather type in the editor).
Syntax
(0.0 to 1.0:float) GetWindSpeed
Example
GetWindSpeed
Will return the current wind speed
