Opens Nexus user page by specified mod ID.

Will open TommInfinite Nexus user page.
Notes
- This function should be considered experimental;
- No internet data is sent\received - this function runs a system command to open a particular Nexus page;
- This function cannot possibly be used to access any site outside Nexus;
