Description

Sets the Topic of a Voice-type Note (holotape).

Syntax

Notes

• When changing the topic of a holotape, the quest that contains the topic must also be added to the holotape with AddNoteQuest. This is required for it to play, and for the Pip-Boy "Show notes for current quest only" button to work.
