SetRefActivationPromptOverride

A function added by the JohnnyGuitar NVSE Plugin version 4.30.

Description

Sets Activation Prompt Override value of a Reference, also specified in "Activate Parents" tab in the GECK and "XATO - Activation Prompt" field in FNVEdit.
