Can be used in a text and image blocks to increase/decrease scale 0-100 percent. -1 sets to default scale.

Example

  <text name="MyTextBlock">
      <string> My Text </string>
      <zoom> 75 </zoom>
  </text>

Text will be 75% of normal size.
