These game settings control the chance that your weapon will jam after you reload it. When a reload jam occurs, your character will fiddle with the weapon briefly in order to unjam it. It is intended as a way to penalize the player for using a weapon in poor condition by lengthening the time to reload.
There are 10 game settings to control the chance a reload jam will occur. The game setting that is chosen depends on the condition of your weapon.
Note: you can override reload jam behavior on a weapon form by enabling the "No Jam After Reload" setting, which prevents that weapon from ever experiencing a reload jam.
