Description
Returns the exterior position reference of a radius-type radio broadcast. If a radius-type radio reference is in an exterior cell, it might not have an exterior position reference set. In this case, it uses itself implicitly, and this function will not return a valid reference. Use IsFormValid to verify the return value.
