Pickpocket Chance = (Thief Sneak Skill * fPickPocketActorSkillMult + fPickPocketActorSkillBase) + (Target Sneak Skill * fPickPocketTargetSkillMult + fPickPocketTargetSkillBase) + (Item Value * fPickPocketAmountMult + fPickPocketAmountBase)
Pickpocket Chance is rounded down to an integer. It cannot go below fPickPocketMinChance or above fPickPocketMaxChance.
