A function included in the GECK for Fallout 3.

Description

No parameters. Brings up the "Gene Projector" (Fallout 3) or "Reflectron" (Fallout: New Vegas) menu which allows the player to select sex, race, face, and hair.

Notes

• If the player changes race in this menu, their Ability Actor Effects and temporary Actor Effects are removed. This is likely a leftover from Oblivion, where races had their own innate abilities.
