Knockdown Chance = (Health Damage * fKnockdownDamageMult + fKnockdownDamageBase) / (fKnockdownAgilMult * (Agility * 10) + fKnockdownAgilBase)

if Knockdown Chance is greater than fKnockdownChance, fKnockdownChance will be used instead.
if (Knockdown Chance * 1000) is greater than a random number between 0 and 999, Actor will be knocked down.
