From GECK
Game Settings control a huge number of things in the game. Formulas for damage, AI, effects of SPECIAL stats, all use game settings.
Game Settings may be changed in the Gameplay->Settings menu of the GECK, or they can be changed by script using con_SetGameSetting and SetNumericGameSetting functions in scripts.

- Filter: Lists only the entries that include the string entered into text field.
